Chris Robinson Brotherhood Trips Through the Fall on Extensive Tour!

Chris Robinson Brotherhood New October-September Dates

Psychedelic rock legend/former Black Crowes vocalist Chris Robinson will be hitting the road once again for an extensive Fall tour with the Chris Robinson Brotherhood.  Since 2011, Robinson has taken on a whole identity of his own which, as a long time fan, is so fucking cool to see.

I am a HUGE Black Crowes fan and have been since 1990 so while I was bummed when the Crowes called it a day, I was ecstatic to see Robinson emerge with The Chris Robinson Brotherhood which really seemed to allow him to spread his wings and do something that must have been bottled up inside for a long time.

If you’re going to these shows expecting to hear “She Talks to Angels” and “Hard to Handle”, you better stay home.  If you wanna hear some of the best psych/jam rock being made out there today, don’t miss this tour!

Chris Robinson Brotherhood’s fall tour will kick off at tomorrow night at Higher Ground in Burlington, followed by a handful of dates in the Northeast. Next, they’ll blanket the Midwest, making stops along the way at Majestic Theatre in Madison, First Avenue in Minneapolis and Delmar Music Hall in St. Louis. From there the tour heads to the Southeast, highlighted by shows at Variety Playhouse in Robinson’s former hometown of Atlanta, The Orange Peel in Asheville and two nights at Lincoln Theatre in Raleigh. They conclude the run back in the Northeast, including appearances at the 9:30 Club in Washington, DC, two nights at Ardmore Music Hall just outside of Philadelphia, and their first-ever performance at the new(ish) Brooklyn Steel in Brooklyn, NY.
