Exhorder Vocalist Kyle Thomas Lends a Hand to New Orleans’ Hurricane Ida Victims

Exhorder lead vocalist Kyle Thomas is not just a Heavy Metal monster of a vocalist but he’s also a kind, loving guy as anyone who has ever met him knows.  After Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005, Kyle and his family lost everything.  This time around, he and his family came out safe but for many others in his city, they weren’t so lucky.  Kyle has strapped on his boots, put on his gloves, got him some coffee, and has been delivering the goods (literally) to those in need.

Thomas has launched a Gofundme Page to raise money for those in need in these dire times:

My Name is Kyle Thomas, the frontman from the Band Exhorder, as you know I’m a native of the New Orleans. Please read below.

“Hurricane Ida left many in Louisiana without power and water for the unforeseeable future. Immediate needs are fuel for generators, dry and canned goods, water, as well as tarps to cover damaged roofs. We are starting this fund raiser because it is extremely expensive to get these items and deliver them to those in need. Any monies left over will be donated to groups that are doing similar relief efforts, or perhaps to schools in need of rebuilding their music/arts departments as we have done in the past.Helping others once you’ve gotten yourself stabilized is simply the Louisiana way, and we’re happy to do this. No donation is too small. It is greatly appreciated!

Thanks.
