Swedish psych rock veterans Graveyard just dropped a new single, “A Means to an End,” from their forthcoming seventh album, Fever, which will be released worldwide on October 9, 2026, on Nuclear Blast Records.
Arriving three years after the gloomier, introverted Six, Graveyard is turning up the heat by delivering a sonic experience that is drenched in fuzz and distortion, sporting massive Black Sabbath inspired opener “Back From The Grave“, Credence Clearwater Revival -fueled“Time To Tell“ and straight-forward, hard-hitting rock on “Room Tempered“, “Tongue Tied” and “Means To An End”.
With Fever, Graveyard returns with a noticeably heavier, more direct sound that puts them on the map with the blues-soaked breakthrough album, Hisingen Blues.
In June of this year, longtime guitarist Jonatan Ramm announced that he was leaving Graveyard after nearly 20 years. Ramm posted this via his official socials:
“After nearly 20 years with Graveyard, I have decided that it is time for me to leave the band. Twenty years is a long time. Long enough for a band to become more than music. It becomes a way of life, a shared language, and a huge part of your identity… For some time now, I have felt a growing need to reconnect with what music means to me personally — the creativity, freedom, and sense of purpose that inspired me in the first place. Stepping away feels like the right decision, both as a musician and as a person.”
Graveyard will initiate the touring cycle with a co-headline run through Scandinavia with Blues Pills to properly celebrate the release of “Fever”, followed by Europe-wide touring and festivals in 2027.
