Alice Cooper, Whitesnake, Kadavar and Lacuna Coil are joining a rapidly growing list of artists announcing tour postponements/cancellations due to the current Corvid-19 virus spread that has been taking over the world.
Alice Cooper is regretfully postponing his Spring 2020 headline North American tour, which was slated to run from March 31 through April 22. The tour is being rescheduled for Fall 2020 and the itinerary will be announced as soon as possible. Due to the current concerns regarding COVID-19, the health and safety of our fans, local venue staff, as well as the health and safety of our band and crew, is of utmost priority. Information regarding previously purchased tickets and VIP packages will be available soon at alicecooper.com. It is recommended that those who have tickets should retain them, as they may be valid for the rescheduled shows. Let’s get through this together and resume rocking later in the year.

Whitesnake, who were due to tour in Japan this month, have also postponed their live shows, but say they are currently working on rescheduling the affected shows. The band say: “We deeply apologize to all parties concerned, especially those customers who bought tickets and have been looking forward to the Whitesnake shows.”

Dear friends,
due to the current health situation regarding the Covid-19 virus, our upcoming European dates are postponed. All tickets remain valid, we are working to reschedule the dates as soon as possible. We are sorry about the inconvenience, we started the tour in good faith and it’s sad that shows are canceled and restrictions around cultural events are being made. But we believe it is also our responsibility to take action to slow down the spread of the virus where we can and rather be safe than sorry.

We are all facing a very strange, never happened before, moment.
This virus is NOT like the common flu and spreads FAST.
It is crucial now to protect ourselves in order to protect the lives of our loved ones and the weakest ones and to help our health system that is collapsing because there will not be space for everyone soon in hospitals.
We send our love and support to all our doctors, nurses and volunteers that are exhausted and are working hard for all of us.
We cooperate in this quarantine, STAYING IN OUR HOMES.
We are a community, a family and we have to collaborate to get out, ALL

Kudos to all of the bands who have done such a great job looking out for the health of their fans and all others involved in the industry. I know it’s not an easy decision but in the long run, they are all looking out for us and doing what’s best.
