This Day In Metal History

On this day in 1975, a young English bloke by the name of Stephen Pearcy Harris formed a little rock combo called Iron Maiden. For the next 30+ years, Iron Maiden would go on to become one of the biggest heavy metal bands in the world playing to millions of people in countries that you would never in your lifetime even be able to pronounce. I’m not a Christian or anything but I would have to say that ol’ ‘Arry gave us all the greatest Christmas present of all don’t ya think?
