How are We Not Talking About the Anthrax Show in Japan on April 3, 2026? You must be fucking kidding me. I didn’t see word one about this performance and if it was mentioned, it definitely didn’t reach the right amount of people. Why do I say that? Because EVERYONE should be talking about it and sharing the video.
Anthrax played a three night run in Japan hitting Tokyo (4/1), Nagoya (4/2), and Osaka (4/3). This also marked the first time Anthrax had been to Japan since 1987.
The band was absolutely electrifying and I could literally feel myself transforming back into 16 year old Don. I got so pumped watching this footage that I’m already hoping for a full US Headline tour. It blows my mind just how fucking great these guys are after all these years and honestly, they sound better than they ever have. Whatever they’re doing, they’re doing it right and hopefully it’ll stay that way.
