Saigon Kick’s Jason Bieler Announces Next Run of Acoustic Storyteller Shows!

It’s hard to believe that 27 years ago, a little band out of Florida would release a song that would catch my ear and make me a lifelong fan. The band was Saigon Kick and the song was “What You Say.” With their spot on two part harmonies and the versatile arrangements of their songs, Saigon Kick was unlike any band I had ever heard.

After picking up the debut album I played it so much that my stereo ate up the cassette which I think was stuck in my 86 Toyota Corolla for about 2 months. When Saigon Kick released the Lizard they took things to a whole new level and as a fan I couldn’t have been any more ecstatic. I met Jason after their show in Atlanta and he was a dick to me but we’ll get to that later. Trust me, you have to listen on.

After the departure of singer Matt Kramer, I lost interest in the band and they just became a band that, in my opinion had two amazing albums. I have since discovered the greatness of the post Kramer era albums Water and Devil in the Details as well as guitarist Jason Bieler’s odd yet horrifyingly beautiful solo material which stands on its own.
Baron Von Bieler recently announced his next run of acoustic shows that are a mix of song, storytelling, and audience interaction which had a very successful run earlier this year. Below are the dates for the upcoming shows:
