Blind Melon hits the road "For My Friends"!

After a short but very successful run in the end of 2007, Blind Melon will hit the road again for an extensive tour supporting their upcoming album “For My Friends” which comes out on April 22nd. This is the first release of new material since the bands 1995 “Soup” album which was also the last to feature the late, great Shannon Hoon.

Blind Melon re-surfaced in 2007 among internet rumors and fan scrutiny with Travis Warren as their new lead vocalist but with the blessing of Shannon’s mother Nel Hoon, the band took to the road and blew the minds of thousands all over the country. Both long time fans who had seen Shannon and those that never had the chance chimed in that this was a very welcomed reunion!

The tour starts on the 28th in Riverdale, NJ with a stop on March 9th for the Langerado Festival in Big Cypress, Fl. The tour wraps up on August 30th in Milwaukee, WI. Don’t miss these guys on tour as this is a show not to be missed!
