Holy Grail Wishes Everyone “Seasons Bleedings” With New 7″ Release

For the past two years, LA Metal heavyweights Holy Grail toured their asses off supporting their debut album “Crisis In Utopia.” The band melted faces and turned heads in every city they visited. Holy Grail is currently working on material for their follow up album but leave it to them to offer up a special gift to their fans. Just in time for the holiday season, Holy Grail have released a new vinyl 7″ called “Seasons Bleedings” which contains two face melting covers that will not only be done justice but they will get that Holy Grail touch that will surly make them as if they were their own. The first cover is that of the Rainbow classic “Kill The King” and the other is the very seasonally suitable “No Presents For Christmas” by King Diamond.

Holy Grail vocalist James Paul Luna had this to say about the 7″: “Back when EJ and I first talked about doing a X-mas 7? the first song that came to mind was “No Presents for Christmas” so I’m pretty happy to see that came to fruition. Eli was listening to lots of Rainbow at the time so naturally “Kill The King” was our immediate second choice. Even though these versions can’t out-do the legendary originals by King and Dio I feel pretty happy and excited to see this released on vinyl.”

Guitarist Eli Santana added: “It was pretty rad because after all the touring we’ve done the past year we got to get back into recording mode and test the waters plus have fun with it before settling down to work on the album.”

Limited to 500 copies (250 red, 250 green), the release — which will be available digitally on Dec. 6 and ship to customers shortly thereafter. The 7″ features artwork by Sam Turner (3 Inches of Blood) and also marks the first time that new guitarist Alex Lee (ex-Bonded By Blood), who joined HOLY GRAIL in the spring, has recorded with the group.

For the appropriate price of $6.66, you can order your copy of Holy Grail’s “Seasons Bleedings” HERE!
