On January 18th, former Black Sabbath<\/strong> vocalist Tony Martin<\/strong> posted a short but sweet post on his official Facebook<\/strong> <\/a>page.\u00a0 The post was regarding the long anticipated re-issues of the Tony Martin era Black Sabbath albums:<\/p>\n

So I got a call from Tony Iommi’s manager.\u00a0 It seems there is now a record deal for my era of Sabbath albums !!!\u00a0 So it looks like a re-issue is actually going to happen!!! \"?\"<\/span> There could be a LOT of “Tony Martin” around this year! …. Sorry about that!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

This is very exciting news for Tony Martin era fans because since the launch of streaming services, none of those albums have been available.\u00a0 The only album from his era that appears on Spotify and other platforms is The Eternal Idol.\u00a0 There have been a great deal of Black Sabbath re-issues even in form of boxsets for albums like Technical Ecstasy, Sabotage<\/strong><\/em> and even the Ronnie James Dio releases, Heaven & Hell<\/strong><\/em> and Mob Rules<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0 As a long time Martin fan, I am incredibly psyched to see what the re-releases will hold for us.\u00a0 Box set?\u00a0 Vinyl releases with extra tracks.\u00a0 Either way, just take my fucking money!\u00a0 This has been a long time coming.<\/p>\n
