{"id":18924,"date":"2020-06-09T10:38:57","date_gmt":"2020-06-09T14:38:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/southeastofheaven.com\/?p=18924"},"modified":"2020-06-09T10:39:11","modified_gmt":"2020-06-09T14:39:11","slug":"lykantrope-release-new-single-coming-your-way","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.southeastofheaven.com\/?p=18924","title":{"rendered":"Lykantropi Release New Single, &#8220;Coming Your Way.&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Swedish psychedelic roots rockers <strong>Lykantropi<\/strong> have released a brand new single this week called &#8220;Coming Your Way.&#8221;\u00a0 After the release of the remarkable album Spirituosa in 2019, it&#8217;s great to see the band putting out new music so soon!\u00a0 I discovered Lykantropi via the &#8220;Fans May Also Like&#8230;&#8221; tab on Spotify and this band is without a doubt one of the most exciting bands I&#8217;ve heard in a long time.\u00a0 Lykantropi&#8217;s music is a fine blend of folk-rock (ala Jethro Tull), classic rock, and lyrics that tend to be of a darker nature, maybe even at times dipping into the occult.<\/p>\n<p>The new song &#8220;Coming Your Way&#8221; is a remarkable way to follow up such a mind-melting album.\u00a0 The band had this to say about the song:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Coming Your Way&#8221; is about the rise and fall of love. How destructive love can harden hearts and evoke the dark in people. It\u2019s a song about revenge.
