Canadian classic metal masters Striker have returned with a new album, Play to Win, which will be released on Friday, October 26th!\u00a0 On the heals of last years eponymous album, Striker once again prove that they are one of the reigning masters of the NWOTHM movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Play To Win”<\/strong>\u00a0features 10 fist pounding shredtacular anthems produced by the band plus mixed and mastered by\u00a0Hendrik Udd<\/a>\u00a0(Firewind, Powerwolf, Hammerfall, Delain). The album follows their\u00a02017 self-titled full length that\u00a0the band supported with tours across Europe and North America with Sonata Arctica, Dark Tranquility, and Warbringer along with festival appearances at 70,000 Tons of Metal, Bang Your Head Festival (Germany) and more to add to their almost 1000 shows performed\u00a0in their decade plus career. That fifth studio album also garnered them a nomination from Canada’s JUNO awards, the country’s highest music prize,\u00a0along with\u00a0wins at the Edmonton Music Awards and Western Canadian Awards.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
