{"id":12404,"date":"2014-01-13T01:00:18","date_gmt":"2014-01-13T06:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/southeastofheaven.com\/?p=12404"},"modified":"2022-01-06T19:51:51","modified_gmt":"2022-01-07T00:51:51","slug":"album-review-nashville-pussy-up-the-dosage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.southeastofheaven.com\/?p=12404","title":{"rendered":"Album Review: Nashville Pussy &#8211; Up the Dosage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"irc_mut alignleft\" id=\"irc_mi\" style=\"margin-top: 0px;\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/assets.blabbermouth.net.s3.amazonaws.com\/media\/nashvillepussydossagecd.jpg\" width=\"270\" height=\"270\" \/><strong>Nashville Pussy &#8211; Up the Dosage<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Release Date: January 21, 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The release of Up the Dosage, the 7<sup>th<\/sup> album by Nashville Pussy, is upon us and after having given this album a good listen I have to be 100% honest here.\u00a0 Much like AC\/DC, Nashville Pussy has pretty much made the same album 7 times now.\u00a0 The only difference is that I really fucking love AC\/DC and they do their formula well.\u00a0 Nashville Pussy\u2019s formula of southern drawling about getting fucked and getting fucked up gets really fucking old after, oh say, one song.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRub It To Death\u201d, \u201cTill the Meat Falls off the Bone\u201d, \u201cBefore the Drugs Wear Off\u201d, \u201cWhite and Loud\u201d, \u201cHooray For Cocaine, Hooray For Tennessee.\u201d\u00a0 Do you see their formula here?\u00a0 This is the kind of shit that I would\u2019ve gone hog ass wild over back when I was in high school but as a 40 year old who appreciates potty humor and tongue in cheek content, this shit just has me rolling my eyes and shaking my head.\u00a0 Give it rest y\u2019all.
