\"ChristianMistress\"<\/a>A little while ago, I posted an article that asked the musical question, \u201cWhere the Fuck Is Christian Mistress<\/strong><\/a>?\u201d Well, thanks to my big mouth, that question was heard and someone pointed me in the direction of guitarist\/co-songwriter Oscar Sparbel. I reached out to Oscar via Facebook and he replied pretty fast and expressed interest in talking to me.<\/p>\n

I called Oscar at his home in Washington and was happy to hear first and foremost that Christian Mistress was still alive! THEY\u2019RE ALIVE!!!! When I asked Oscar just where the hell Christian Mistress has been, he said, \u201cWe\u2019ve been on hiatus for a while and we\u2019re going to start moving forward again really soon. We just had a conflict of interest as some band members wanted to go into a different direction. In the band, as far as touring, some of us more gung-ho about where we wanted to be with the band and I think that it just impeded on a couple of the member\u2019s personal lives. That was hard on them but we\u2019re sorting that stuff out right now.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
